What this site is, what it is not, and what governs an actual engagement. The short version is that nothing here is advice and nothing here is a contract.
Verify

Everything here describes what Boardpath does and how it thinks. None of it is legal, financial, accounting or governance advice about your particular situation, and reading it does not create an adviser relationship.
The Board Decision Checkup reflects the answers you give. It is not an audit, not an evaluation of your board, and not an opinion on whether your board is meeting its fiduciary or statutory obligations. Do not rely on it as one.
Scope, duration, fees and everything else are set out in a written agreement signed before work begins. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement governs.
The Decision-Ready System, the six disciplines, the SOAR deliberation lens and the material on this site belong to Boardpath. You are welcome to read, quote and link to it. Reproducing it as your own method or teaching it commercially is not permitted without written agreement.
Boardpath does not control and is not responsible for anything on a site it links to.
